What personal data is collected
Planmetry collects and processes personal data mainly about the following users.
All users:

Planmetry collects, stores and processes personal data of users of its services for predefined purposes. This ensures that there is always at least one lawful ground for processing. The main purposes and processing grounds are:
Delivery of Planmetry's services via the Internet and customer relationship management
Use of the Planmetry service requires registration, entering into a user agreement, accepting the terms of use, creating user IDs and identifying the user at the time of login. Data retention period
As a general rule, Planmetry retains the personal data of users:
On the online service for two years from the last login and in the email archive for seven years. Planmetry will not otherwise retain personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is used or as required by contract or law. Personal data may also be deleted in the event that an individual withdraws consent or requests the deletion of their data (and we have no other lawful basis for processing).
