Planmetry collects, stores and processes personal data of users of its services for predefined purposes. This ensures that there is always at least one lawful ground for processing. The main purposes and processing grounds are:

Delivery of Planmetry's services via the Internet and customer relationship management

Use of the Planmetry service requires registration, entering into a user agreement, accepting the terms of use, creating user IDs and identifying the user at the time of login. Planmetry processes personal data in particular for the provision and delivery of its services and for the performance of contractual obligations.
This also includes normal customer and user management, customer support and communication, billing, collection and feedback handling.

For these, the legitimate grounds for processing personal data are, in particular, the contract between Planmetry and the user (including the preparatory activities for the contract) and the legitimate interest.

Planmetry may also conduct customer satisfaction and market surveys or other similar surveys. Planmetry may also process personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, personalisation of advertising and content, and customer or user segmentation.

In this respect, the legitimate ground for processing personal data is, in particular, the fulfilment of legal obligations and Planmetry's legitimate interest.

Mandatory provision of personal data

In particular, the provision of personal data is a condition for the conclusion of a contract and the use of the service. In other words, the user cannot use the service unless he provides the personal data required to create a user account, such as name and e-mail address. For potential users, the provision of personal data is largely voluntary. However, incomplete information may affect how Planmetry can handle, for example, a request to contact you.

Regular sources of information

Planmetry obtains personal data about users of its services mainly from the users themselves, including during registration, messages sent via web forms, email, telephone, social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other situations where the customer discloses their data.

Processors, disclosures and confidentiality of personal data

Personal data is processed by Planmetry's staff and subcontractors for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy in the performance of their duties. The data is maintained on servers of an external service provider, which is accessible not only to Planmetry's staff but also to the service provider's staff. Planmetry may also use subcontractors for purposes such as email marketing, cloud storage services, financial management and billing.
