Subprocessors

This page lists the subprocessors engaged by Planmetry Oy in connection with the provision of the Service.
A “subprocessor” is a third-party service provider that processes Personal Data on behalf of Planmetry and its Customers in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Planmetry requires all subprocessors to enter into written agreements that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those set out in our DPA.
Where Personal Data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), Planmetry ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions.
Planmetry may update this list from time to time.
Customers will be informed of material changes to subprocessors in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.
